By accessing or using GenHedge — including the website, newsletter, dashboard, forum, and any related services (collectively, the "Services") — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Services.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and GenHedge. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

GenHedge is an educational financial content platform. We provide AI-generated market signal digests, financial literacy newsletters, and educational content across 10+ market verticals. Our Services are designed for general financial education and awareness — not for investment management, financial planning, or trading.

GenHedge is not a registered investment advisor (RIA), broker-dealer, financial planner, or registered with the SEC, FINRA, or any other financial regulatory body. Nothing on the platform constitutes financial, investment, tax, or legal advice.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at legal@genhedge.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

You may not create multiple accounts, use another person's account, or register an account using false information.

GenHedge offers a free tier and a paid Premium tier. Premium subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel. Prices are listed on the pricing page and may change with 30 days' advance notice.

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

All content, features, and functionality of the Services — including but not limited to newsletters, market signal formats, course materials, AI-generated content, branding, graphics, and code — are the exclusive property of GenHedge and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial educational purposes only. This license does not include the right to resell, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any GenHedge content.

GENHEDGE IS AN EDUCATIONAL PLATFORM. NOTHING ON THIS PLATFORM CONSTITUTES FINANCIAL ADVICE, INVESTMENT ADVICE, TAX ADVICE, TRADING ADVICE, OR ANY OTHER FORM OF PROFESSIONAL ADVICE.

All market signals, analysis, and educational content are for informational purposes only. Past signals are not indicative of future results. Do not make any financial or investment decision based solely on content from GenHedge. Always consult a qualified, licensed financial advisor before making any investment decision.

Market conditions can change rapidly. Content published in newsletters or market digests reflects conditions at the time of writing and may be outdated by the time you read it.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, GENHEDGE AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF GOODWILL, OR FINANCIAL LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES.

IN NO EVENT SHALL GENHEDGE'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES EXCEED THE TOTAL SUBSCRIPTION FEES PAID BY YOU TO GENHEDGE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain warranties or liabilities, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless GenHedge and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Services; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any law or third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Services.

You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at legal@genhedge.com. Upon deletion, your access to paid features will cease at the end of the current billing period.

GenHedge may suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at any time, with or without cause, if we determine you have violated these Terms or applicable law. In cases of serious violations, termination may be immediate without notice.

Upon termination, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. Sections regarding intellectual property, disclaimer, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law will survive termination.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States and the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If not resolved within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Delaware under the rules of the American Arbitration Association, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL AND TO PARTICIPATE IN ANY CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. For material changes, we will provide at least 30 days' notice via email to your registered address.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Services before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
